Teens interested in gaining volunteer hours for National Honor Society are encouraged to become a Teen Ambassador by developing and hosting a fundraising event, developing and hosting a drive at school, distributing awareness and prevention handouts at school or hang out spot, and/or arranging AWP to present at school or place of worship.
All volunteers are required to attend a 3-hour teen training course, highlighting information about Domestic Violence and the services provided by A Woman’s Place.
