Rehousing Services
Comprised of our Rapid Rehousing Team and our Coordinated Entry Specialist.
Both serve clients who meet the requirements of HUD’s category 4 homelessness.

Coordinated Entry Specialist (CES): Provides case management services and advocacy that improve immediate safety and housing stability, including safety planning, lethality risk assessment, and linkages to other social services supports in Bucks County.
You can reach AWP’s CES through the Bucks County Housing Link: 1-800-810-4434 and press 2 if you are experiencing domestic violence.
Rapid Rehousing (RRH): A short-term crisis response intervention intended to minimize a household’s time spent experiencing homelessness. The program provides case management, advocacy, and rental assistance to prioritize a household's ability to be safely rehoused.
