Director of Advancement (Full-time, hybrid)

AWP is seeking a Director of Advancement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing financial contributions, planning the long-term sustainable funding strategy and executable plan for the organization, building relationships with funding sources, identifying, cultivating, stewarding donors, and planning and overseeing fundraising activities. In addition, the position is responsible for supporting the strategic messaging for the organization as well as creating a comprehensive communications and marketing plan in collaboration with the Education and Outreach Department. Finally, the Director oversees advancement efforts by supervising members of the Resource Development Department, including the Donor Relations Manager and members of the development committee.

 

In addition to having the necessary competencies to fill the role, the Director of Advancement will be a key member of organizational leadership.  AWP is in the midst of building a solid team focused on creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive community where members have a strong sense of belonging. Victim Response Program Manager (Full-time)

A Woman’s Place, Bucks County’s Domestic Violence response organization, is seeking a Manager to lead our Victim’s Response team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in domestic violence, criminal justice, victims’ rights or a related discipline. They will also be a strong advocate for victims and the systems in which they navigate. The manager of this program supervises 4 victims’ Advocates as well as a Coordinator, so they must have strong trauma-informed management and supervisory skills that can translate well to a high-stress setting. Finally, this department operates in the court system and with law enforcement, conducting regular trainings about domestic violence, so we are looking for someone comfortable speaking publicly as well as within these systems.
