Director of Advancement (full-time)

AWP is seeking a Director of Advancement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing financial contributions; planning the long-term sustainable funding strategy and executable plan for the organization, building relationships with funding sources; planning and overseeing fundraising activities. In addition, the position is responsible for supporting the strategic messaging for the organization as well as creating a comprehensive communications and marketing plan in collaboration with the Education and Outreach Department. Donations Operations Manager (full-time)

Victim Response Advocate

 A Woman's Place is seeking passionate individuals who embody the agency's values of courage, creativity, equality, integrity, respect and social justice to join the movement of ending intimate and domestic violence for all. The Victim Response Advocate works to support victims in crisis specifically around their needs for protection from abuse orders and support through the criminal justice system. Resident Counseling Advocate (part-time)

The Resident Counseling Advocate works within AWP’s emergency safe house, assisting victims of domestic violence in achieving safety and self-sufficiency. AWP is currently hiring for one part time 24 hour a week position. Overnight and weekend availability required as this is an overnight position.
