Part Time Resident Counseling Advocate
The Resident Counseling Advocate works within AWP’s emergency safe house, assisting victims of domestic violence in achieving safety and self-sufficiency. AWP is currently hiring for three part-time positions ranging from 24 – 32 hours per week. Positions may include weekday, evening, and/or overnight shifts. The Housing Manager is responsible for helping AWP achieve its mission by providing oversight, supervision and direction to the Shelter and Housing Programs staff and volunteers. The Housing Manager also works to identify, develop and create opportunities and relationships that advance the issue of sustainable housing for domestic violence victims in Bucks County. This full time position requires some schedule flexibility and has an on call component.
