Advancement Manager (Full-Time)
AWP is seeking an Advancement Manager to run the daily operations of the Advancement Department including the planning and execution of AWP's signature event, identification and securing of financial contributions, donor management and stewardship and implementation of the yearly Advancement plan. The ideal candidate will be a generalisat with three to five years of progressive resource development experience with the annual fund, corporate giving, grant writing, events management, and donor communications. They will also have experience with a donor database such as Raiser's Edge. The Manager also oversees advancement efforts by supervising the Advancement Specialist as well as acting as the liasion to the Resource Development Committee of the board of directors.
In addition to having the necessary competencies to fill the role, the Manager will work closely with the Executive Director and members of the leadership team.
