Director of Administration (full-time)

Director of Advancement (full-time)

The Director of Advancement works within AWP's Resource Development Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing financial contributions; planning the long-term sustainable funding strategy and executable plan for the organization; building relationships with funding sources; planning and overseeing fundraising activities. In addition, the position is responsible for supporting the strategic messaging for the organization as well as creating a comprehensive communications and marketing plan in collaboration with the Education & Outreach Department. Finally, the Director oversees advancement efforts by supervising members of the Resource Development Department, including the Donor Relations Manager and Grants Compliance Manager. Children's Advocate (part-time, temporary contract)

The Children’s Advocate works within AWP’s Counseling Program to provide advocacy and support to child witnesses of domestic violence and their non-offending parent/caregiver. AWP is hiring for one 15 hours per week temporary position. Must have evening and weekend availability.
