Director of Finance & Administration (full-time)

A Woman’s Place seeks an experienced Director of Finance & Administration familiar with non-profit accounting and federal grant management to direct A Woman’s Place (AWP’s) overall financial planning, accounting and financial reporting practices including financial functions such as accounting, budgeting, credit, employee benefits, grants, insurance, investments, tax, treasury and a wide variety of accounting and statistical data reports. In addition, this position will oversee human resource functions as they relate to finance including maintenance of personnel files, annual evaluation schedule and on-boarding of new employees. Director of Advancement (full-time)

The Director of Advancement works within AWP's Resource Development Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing financial contributions; planning the long-term sustainable funding strategy and executable plan for the organization; building relationships with funding sources; planning and overseeing fundraising activities. In addition, the position is responsible for supporting the strategic messaging for the organization as well as creating a comprehensive communications and marketing plan in collaboration with the Education & Outreach Department. Finally, the Director oversees advancement efforts by supervising members of the Resource Development Department, including the Donor Relations Manager and Grants Compliance Manager. Grants Compliance Manager (full-time)

The Grants Compliance Manager Manager is responsible for helping AWP achieve its mission by preparing and submitting grant applications and reports. The Grants Compliance Manager also works to identify, develop and create potential funding opportunities to directors to determine feasibility and fitness.
