Fiscal Grants Manager (full-time)

A Woman's Place is an essential organization serving the need for domestic violence support and prevention in Bucks County, PA. AWP receives funding through a variety of sources, including Federal and State grants as well as individuals, private foundations and social enterprise revenue. The Fiscal Grants Manager is responsible for processing grant activities and maintaining the financial records in compliance with terms and conditions and audit standards. This position provides accounting support for Federal, State, and Local grants and private funding, including report preparation, monthly invoicing and grant monitoring procedures. The position also assists with the grant closing process, reconciling funds and accounts to identify errors or discrepancies. Performs general ledger account analysis in support of the month-end close for related entities. Victim Response Advocate (full-time)

Resident Counseling Advocate (part-time)

A Woman’s Place is seeking two passionate individuals to join our Safe House team and the movement of ending intimate and domestic violence for all. The Resident Counseling Advocate works within AWP’s emergency safe house, assisting survivors of domestic violence in achieving safety and self-sufficiency. The two open positions consist of a 20 hours per week and a 32 hours per week position. Both positions require evening, overnight and weekend availability. A Woman’s Place is seeking 3 trauma informed, organized and passionate individuals to join our Counseling Team as well as the movement of ending intimate and domestic violence for all. The Full-Time Community Counseling Advocates provide safety planning, empowerment, and crisis counseling to survivors through a variety of methods including individual, group, in person and/or telehealth platforms. The positions offer a hybrid work schedule with home offices in either our lower or central Bucks locations.
