Director of Development (Full-Time)
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Development to lead our fundraising and donor engagement efforts at AWP. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to our mission of ending domestic violence through education, outreach, and advocacy, as well as a proven track record in developing and executing successful fundraising strategies. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including donors, community partners, and board members. The Director of Development will play a pivotal role in securing financial support to sustain and expand our programs, ensuring that survivors and those at risk have access to the critical resources and services they need. Resident Counseling Advocate (Full-Time)
A Woman’s Place is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual who embodies the agency's values of courage, creativity, equality, integrity, respect, and social justice to join our Safe House team and the movement of ending intimate and domestic violence for all. The Resident Counseling Advocate works within AWP’s emergency safe house, assisting survivors of domestic violence in achieving safety and self-sufficiency. The open position is full-time at 40 hours a week with the following schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am - 4 pm. Youth Advocate (Full-Time)

The Youth Advocate provides emotional support and advocacy to children and teens impacted by domestic violence along with their non-abusive parent/caregiver. Spanish Bilingual Victim Response Advocate (Full-Time)
A Woman's Place is seeking a passionate individual who embodies the agency's values of courage, creativity, equality, integrity, respect, and social justice to join the movement of ending intimate and domestic violence for all. The Spanish Bilingual Victim Response Advocate works to support Spanish speaking survivors in crisis, specifically around their needs for protection from abuse orders and support through the criminal justice system. Additionally, the Spanish Bilingual Victim Response Advocate will provide outreach to the Spanish speaking community, providing education and information on the dynamics of domestic violence and A Woman's Place services. The Advocate will also provide training to professionals who serve Spanish speaking communities.
