Volunteer Coordinator (Part-time)

A Woman's Place is growing again! We are looking for the perfect person to become the part-time Volunteer Coordinator. The perfect candidate is someone who has an outgoing personality, is very organized, a strong time manager, a good communicator, the ability to be self-directed. 20-25 hours per week and aligns themselves with the vision and mission of AWP. The Volunteer Coordinator will focus on meeting the needs of current volunteers, including training, tracking hours and maintaining current documentation. They will also act as the liaison between the programs, thrift store and administrative offices and those wanting to volunteer in support of AWP's mission. Advancement Specialist (Full-time)

AWP is looking to add to our team! The role of Advancement Specialist is a little bit flexible, a bit fluid at times and always interesting. As the first face of AWP, the Specialist will greet every individual who comes to our door. They will also be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone for community members looking to support our mission through donations or events. In addition to this outward facing piece, the Specialist will manage the Raiser's Edge NXT database, entering gifts, maintaining policies and standards, running reports and identifying trends with AWP's supporters. They will also help support the Director of Advancement and occasionally the Executive Director as well. For a complete position description, click on the link below.
