Director of Administration

Shelter and Safe Housing Manager

The Shelter and Safe Housing Manager is responsible for helping AWP achieve its mission by providing oversight, supervision and direction to the Shelter and Housing Programs staff and volunteers. The Shelter and Safe Housing Manager also works to identify, develop and create opportunities and relationships that advance the issue of sustainable housing for domestic violence victims in Bucks County. This full time position requires some schedule flexibility and has an on call component. Full-Time Director of Advancement

The Director of Advancement works within AWP's Resource Development Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing financial contributions; planning the long-term sustainable funding strategy and executable plan for the organization; building relationships with funding sources; planning and overseeing fundraising activities. In addition, the position is responsible for supporting the strategic messaging for the organization as well as creating a comprehensive communications and marketing plan in collaboration with the Education & Outreach Department. Finally, the Director oversees advancement efforts by supervising members of the Resource Development Department, including the Donor Relations Manager and Grants Compliance Manager. Grants Compliance Manager

The Grants Compliance Manager Manager is responsible for helping AWP achieve its mission by preparing and submitting grant applications and reports. The Grants Compliance Manager also works to identify, develop and create potential funding opportunities to directors to determine feasibility and fitness. Part-Time Education Support Specialist (Temporary Contract)

The Education Support Specialist works within AWP’s Children's Program & Client Services, providing in-person educational support and guidance to school-age children who are navigating distance learning. Must have weekday availability. This is a part-time, temporary contract position. Part-Time Resident Counseling Advocate

The Resident Counseling Advocate works within AWP’s emergency safe house, assisting victims of domestic violence in achieving safety and self-sufficiency. AWP is currently hiring for three part-time positions ranging from 24 – 32 hours per week. Positions may include weekday, evening, and/or overnight shifts.
