Annual Candlelight Vigil

Remember · Honor · Advocate

Each year during the month of October, A Woman's Place (AWP) hosts a Candlelight Vigil to remember those who have lost their life to domestic violence, to honor the individuals & families we serve, and to advocate for lasting social change in our community and beyond.

In an effort to practice social distancing & social responsibility, this year's Candlelight Vigil was held privately and recorded in order to capture this critical moment in time in our community. We invite you to view this short film, share it with others, and remember it when you engage in courageous conversations about domestic violence awareness, advocacy, & prevention.

Thank you for your support of survivors & AWP during Domestic Violence Awareness Month and all year long.
